Delete Account for Smart Protect App

In order to better realize the user’s personal privacy rights, we provide the “Delete Account” function in the App. Users can find the entry to delete personal information (account) through the following paths:

User Setting (at upper left corner) > Username > 3-dot button (at upper right corner) > Delete Account

• Registered Account Data: including email address, phone number, user name, login credentials, language preference and time zone information into account.
• Information of Devices: including device name, device ID and firmware version.
